Who Are We?
Action Facilitate is a Level 2 Action Group formed under the Weyforward Community Interest Company. This means we are part of a network that gives 50% of it’s profit back to the Community to invest in Projects and Businesses that will deliver a social benefit.
What Do We Do?
We offer Facilitated Meetings, Workshops & Events for activities such as Problem Solving, Team Building, Planning, Strategy Development and Information Sharing. We also support the Ideas League concept development process and conduct project based work for Weyforward (WF).
Why Do We Do It?
We do this because huge numbers of people in Senior Business & Council positions are concerned that the meetings they and their colleagues attend fail to deliver on their intended purpose. As such they feel meetings can often be a waste of time and unproductive whilst failing to bring teams and people together in any meaningful way. This problem has a very real negative impact on things like a companies Market Share, Innovation Performance and ultimately Job Security for its employees.
